Boston University is wishing the Cleveland Indians good luck in the upcoming World Series against the Chicago Cubs by taking them back to the past.

In a video tweeted out earlier this week, representatives from the school's athletic department sent some dirt from the campus' Nickerson Field as a good luck charm.

That's the spot where the Tribe won their last World Series in 1948.

The field was known as Braves Field when the Tribe beat the Boston Braves in a 4-2 series.

The Indians' organization responded to BU via a tweet, writing "Got it! Got it! It's headed to our Bob Feller Exhibit to join other cool '48 #WorldSeries stuff! #RallyTogether."
