On Monday, the Indians unveiled a new Flexible Voucher Plan, which includes season ticket packages of 20, 40 and 80 games. According to a release sent by the team, the plan will allow fans to purchase advanced tickets without locking them into specific games. It will work as follows:

  • Each voucher purchased will be able to be redeemed as a single-game ticket for any regular-season games during the 2021 season.
  • Each voucher purchased is equivalent to one single-game ticket. Fans will be able to redeem up to eight vouchers per game to use for friends and family.
  • Fans will be able to purchase vouchers for three general seating locations: Bleachers, Upper Level and Lower Level. Fans will be able to select different specific seating locations within their section throughout the season, such as Upper Box, Upper Reserve of Family Deck in the Upper Level section.

Flexible Voucher Plans for the 2021 MLB season will go on sale starting Monday, October 5, 2020 at www.Indians.com/flexplan. Last week, the Indians announced that they would be moving to mobile-only ticketing in 2021.

"Mobile ticketing allows fans to use their mobile device as a game ticket, providing access to Progressive Field through a barcode that can be scanned from a device’s screen," a release from the team reads. "Mobile Entry will reduce Tribe fan’s risk of fraudulent tickets, while allowing for contactless entry between fans and Progressive Field staff, keeping health and safety top of mind."
