Cleveland Cavaliers ball big, beat Lonzo Ball and the Los Angeles Lakers 121-112

LeBron James recorded another triple-double with 25 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists.

CLEVELAND -- LeBron James got the better of Lonzo Ball in his first meeting with the polarizing point guard, with the Cleveland Cavaliers defeating the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 121-112 at Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday night.

James recorded a triple-double, scoring 25 points to go along with 12 rebounds and 12 assists, while Kevin Love scored 28 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.

Ball, meanwhile, neared a triple-double of his own with 13 points, 11 assists and 8 rebounds, while second-year forward Brandon Ingram scored 26 points in a losing effort.

Kevin Love now the Cavs' leading scorer with 17 points. Cavs enjoying a really strong shooting night from outside, having made 50% of their 3s on the night.
