Days after the Cleveland Cavaliers announced plans to wear the Akron-based Goodyear logo on the team's jerseys next season, LeBron James showed off a sample.
James wore a Kyrie Irving 1964 throwback jersey during the team's practice in Boston Thursday.
On Monday, the team announced a multi-year sponsorship deal with the Akron-based tire manufacturer.
Goodyear's winged foot logo will appear on the left breast of the jerseys. Those uniforms, created by Nike, will be unveiled sometime this summer.
This has been a week for James to have some fun with his practice gear. On Tuesday, James wore a t-shirt that some speculated sent a message to the Boston Celtics on the eve of the Eastern Conference Finals.
