When it comes to LeBron James' NFL fandom, it'd be understandable if one wasn't quite sure where the NBA superstar's allegiances lie.

After all, James has regularly been photographed in Dallas Cowboys gear, spotted on the sideline of the Los Angeles Rams and regularly tweets about the Cleveland Browns.

But appearing on ESPN's "Manning Cast" with Peyton and Eli Manning on Monday night, the four-time NBA MVP made it perfectly clear: he's a Browns fan, first and foremost.

"I’m a Browns fan," James told the former NFL quarterbacks during the Monday Night Football matchup between the Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles. "I did grow up a Cowboys fan but I’m down with the Browns and I want them to win. And they got a really good team this year and I’m looking forward to it."

James' comments came just one day after the Akron native's hometown team moved to 2-1 on the season with a 26-6 victory over the Chicago Bears at Cleveland's FirstEnergy Stadium. One week prior, James spent his Sunday afternoon tweeting about the Browns' 31-21 Week 2 victory over the Houston Texans, praising Cleveland running back Nick Chubb for his game-sealing touchdown run.

In addition to his Browns fandom, James also discussed his legendary football career at Akron's St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and being offered contracts from the Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks to play in the NFL. You can watch a portion of James' appearance on Monday's "Manning Cast" here.
