The breakwalls in front of Cleveland have been a popular spot for waterfowlers for more than 100 years.

Just hundreds of yards away from I-90, nature photographer, Chuck Slusarczyk spends a lot of time looking for waterfowl along the lakefront, but this time he wasn't alone.

Slusarczyk Jr. says he was scanning the Forest City Yacht Club when a hunter fired towards the shore.

He admits it had him extremely shaken up.

Chuck grabbed his camera and took several pictures.

He's plans to file a report with the Division of Wildlife

The Division of Wildlife is investigating.
