The Greater Cleveland Rapid Transit Authority says most of its rail service is still running in spite of the bad weather, but riders should expect delays.

All trains are currently running about 20-30 minutes late due to the snow, and the Waterfront Line has currently been replaced by buses due to ice on the tracks. Additionally, buses continue to replace trains between Tower City and E 55th St. following a water main break yesterday.
