A reinforcing blast of cold air will be marked by wintry precipitation from the Northeast to the western Gulf Coast tomorrow.

Enough snow to coat roads and create slippery travel can fall from the upper part of the mid-Atlantic through the Tennessee Valley and into east-central Texas. Several inches of snow will pile up in southeastern New England at night as a storm spins up near the coast.

Ice may glaze roads in south-central Texas and Louisiana. Very cold air will spill across the Midwest, invigorating snow showers near the Great Lakes. A storm will spread nuisance rain and snow across the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and the Great Basin.

Southern California and the Four Corners states can expect a dry day.
