CLEVELAND --  This November 6, Cleveland voters will be asked to approve a 15-mill levy for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

The district has gone 16 years without a new operating levy.  The levy, if passed, would expire after four years unless the voters choose to renew or replace it based on the district's performance.

In this extended interview with WKYC's Russ Mitchell, CMSD CEO, Eric Gordon, makes the case for the levy and the effort to reform Cleveland's schools.
