CLEVELAND -- It’s the cheesiest battle you could ever imagine – literally.
Chef Sean Brauser of the local PIZZAFIRE chain is going dough-to-dough with Chicago’s Chef Leo Spizzirri in a World Series matchup for charity.
Each chef is donating $1 of every pizza sold from now until the end of the series to a local charity. Chef Brauser is competing for the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.
PIZZAFIRE’s Chicago pizza has also been temporarily renamed the Ohio pizza.
Whoever loses the bet has to go to the other guy’s pizza shops to work for a day.
