Here's how local first responders working today can score a free Thanksgiving lunch

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland hotel is giving thanks to local first responders by offering them a free Thanksgiving lunch.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 150 meals will be offered to police, fire, and EMS employees scheduled to work Thursday.

The event, sponsored by the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland, is being hosted outside of the hotel at 9801 Carnegie Avenue.

The hotel's partnered with Armbruster Moving and Storage Company to host the meals on a huge, 52-foot Mayflower moving van, representatives from the InterContinental said in an emailed statement.

The menu includes all of the day's staples, like turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing.
