2 packages boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
¾ cup flour
2 tablespoons Lawrys seasoning salt
¼ cup Garlic powder
15 cloves garlic
Olive oil
¼ cup butter
Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil and heat over medium. Add butter. Allow it to melt in the olive oil.
In a plastic grocery bag, add flour and seasonings, then chicken. Shake to coat. Transfer flour coated chicken to skillet and cook til golden brown on each side...about 8 minutes a side.
Add whole cloves of garlic to the skillet as the chicken is frying for more flavor.
When chicken is finished, transfer to serving dish and dig in! Amazing!
