Sunday Brunch Burger- BRGR 9
Yield : 4 servings
2 lbs quality ground beef (we use Ohio grass fed natural beef)
4 Brioche or kaiser rolls
1 tomato ripe and sliced
4 large eggs
8 pieces of thick cut bacon
8 slices American cheese
Recipe for cajun mayo
4 oz of mayonnaise
1 oz cider vinegar
1 oz sour cream
1 pinch salt and pepper
1tb cajun seasoning
1 tb ketchup
Method of preparation:
Patty burgers into 4/ 8 oz patties
Grill patties to desired temperature
Grill bacon to desired crispness
Toast or grill bun
Mix all ingredients together to make cajun mayo
Slice tomato
Cook eggs sunny side up
Place bun down first, top with burger, American cheese, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, top with sunny side up egg and drizzle with cajun mayo
