Chilled Canteloupe Soup
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1 Large Canteloupe (may substitute with other melons)
1 c Vanilla Yogurt
1c Orange juice
1/2c Honey
2 T Mint Leaves- chopped
1 Lime- juiced
Peel, Seed and Chop the Canteloupe and place into Blender or Food Processor
Add the rest of Ingredients and Blend Until Smooth
Serve Chilled
