CLEVELAND -- The fourth of July is the cookout kind of holiday. With hot dogs, hamburgers and potato salad you can really derail your diet. But not if you're smart about it. Today on Fit Friday, Maureen Kyle got some tips from the experts on how to eat healthy this holiday
CLEVELAND -- There are still showers around this morning, but by afternoon, things should start to dry up. We may end up with a little sunshine later in the day. ;o) Highs in the lower 70s.
BRUNSWICK -- Some fireworks have fizzled out because of the economy. Some cities have cancelled their fireworks this year because they just don't have the money. Other cities have opted for scaled back fireworks.
OK-- How fun is this? Donuts! Italian style (sfinci - sicilian donuts), French (Beignets) and my Grandma Peg's Hungarian Donuts.
