Congratulations are in order.
Cleveland native, D.R. King has advanced to the top 12 on NBC's The Voice, Wednesday night.
While King didn't land his spot by earning the most votes during the live playoffs, it was first-time coach Kelly Clarkson that selected King to continue on in the competition.
Clarkson described King's performance in the blind auditions as "Everything i would, wanted to do as an artist auditioning for something."
During Wednesday night's performance, King sang "All on My Mind" by Anderson East, you can watch the performance below.
D.R. will go to compete against the remaining 11 contestants, Monday night at 8PM right here on Channel 3.
