Ingredients:

8 oz. cubed watermelon

2 tablespoons feta cheese

1 tablespoon mint chiffonade *cut mint fresh green thin ribbons!

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice seedless watermelon into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Place 8 oz. watermelon in side bowl, and top with feta and mint.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  4. Bring to the BBQ party and be a hit!
