CLEVELAND -- Transportation Security Administration officers caught a passenger with a loaded gun at Cleveland Hopkins airport Monday.
The passenger was stopped in a TSA pre-check lane around 7:30 a.m. Officers detected the gun on an X-ray machine as the man passed through a checkpoint. The Seecamp .380 handgun was inside the man's carry-on bag.
Cleveland Police was notified.
The incident marked the eighth firearm detected by TSA agents at the airport this year. They found 19 last year.
