CLEVELAND -- Police say the man who was shot on Cleveland's west side Monday afternoon has died.
According to reports, the man suffered a gunshot wound during a possible drive-by shooting at the 1300 block of W. 25th Street. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died later in the day.
Cleveland Police's Homicide Investigation Unit has taken over this case.
