FBI searching for two suspects who robbed Cleveland Heights bank

The FBI is asking for assistance in tracking down two male suspects who robbed the Huntington Bank on Coventry Road in Cleveland Heights on Wednesday.

At approximately 8:55 a.m., the pair entered the bank. One suspect ordered a customer and bank employee to the ground, threatening at gunpoint to kill them. The other suspect jumped over the counter, emptying money from a teller drawer and placing it in a plastic garbage bag.

They left the bank and drove north on Coventry in a stolen silver Kia. Cleveland Heights Police had responded to a call of the vehicle being stolen earlier in the morning.

Unknown suspect #1 is described as a black male, approximately 5'8", wearing a black hooded jacket, a red hoodie underneath with hood up, a blue mask, blue Latex gloves, black sweat pants and black Nike sneakers with white swoosh and royal blue trim.

Unknown suspect #2 is described as a black male, approximately 5'8", wearing a dark blue hoodie, jeans, tan work boots, blue latex gloves and a black mask.

The FBI warms that the suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Tips can be provided to the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400.

Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individuals responsible. Huntington Bank is offering an additional up to $20,000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of these suspects.
