An Endangered Missing Adult Alert across the state of Ohio has been cancelled.
Daniel Rand was located safely by Law enforcement. Police say 88-year-old Daniel Rand (who suffers from dementia) went to sleep at his Viola Ave. home in Hubbard City around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Sometime between then and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, he got into his car and drove away.
