CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Los Angeles Lakers 121-112 on Thursday, but one of the biggest highlights of the night came after the game. Huddled at halfcourt, LeBron James pulled his jersey over his mouth while sharing some words with Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball.
Asked about the exchange following the game, James played it close to the vest -- or jersey.
"I didn't tell him anything," James told TNT's Kristen Ledlow with a smile. "I didn't tell him anything, it's not for everybody. There's enough noise out there already with 'Zo and it's not for me to discuss."
Despite the fact that ESPN reported on Thursday that the Lakers are a "long shot" to land James in free agency next summer, that didn't stop social media from running wild with LeBron and Lonzo's exchange.
