MINNEAPOLIS - Here we go. It's finally Super Bowl Sunday.

Here's what you need to know for Sunday, Feb. 4:
The weather
You've heard it all week, but this time Mother Nature is backing up her bark with some bite. This will be the coldest Super Bowl in NFL history, at least OUTSIDE the stadium. You may not want a heavy coat and other accessories with you all day inside U.S. Bank Stadium, but the security screening line outside could keep you standing in the elements for quite some time. Parking, transportation and security
Hands down, the best bet for getting to U.S. Bank Stadium is a Metro Transit Rail Pass. For $30, it allows you to go through screening at Mall of America, board a light rail train that takes you inside the security perimeter, and then back to MOA at the end of Super Bowl 52. It will save you a lot of time standing in the cold waiting to get screened.
Even if you pay for a monthly parking space in Minneapolis, it may not be yours on Super Bowl Sunday. The city is closing several ramps to its regulars on game day, in order to sell spots to fans. We've put together some information on road closures, transportation, and other parking resources. And if you're one of the lucky few actually going to the game, here's what you can expect when it comes to security - and standing in line.
The legendary J.D. Steele will direct the Community Gospel Choir at Wayzata Community Church, with Fred Steele on keyboards and special guest worship leader Tonia Hughes. Anyone is invited to sing with the choir.
Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation presents SoberBowl, a safe and sober place for football fans who want to enjoy an alcohol-free Super Bowl Sunday. The event features athlete panels, music, food and a watch party. Tickets are $10 for kids 12-14 accompanied by an adult, and $20 for adults.
Dogsledding is allowed in Minneapolis parks only one day a year - and this is the day. This 10k dogsledding course runs from Wirth Park and ends at Loppet Village in Uptown. Spectators can expect the winning team to arrive in uptown between 3:30 and 4, with teams rolling through until 4:30 p.m.
The parking lot in between Crooked Pint and the Wells Fargo towers will be home to a Super Bowl Sunday tailgate party with NFL players and celebrity chefs, including Guy Fieri.
