Woman hit by truck while trying to cross I-480 in Cleveland
Dec. 6, 2017: Crews on the scene tell WKYC the woman was arguing with a man inside a vehicle when the pulled over and she got out. The woman was then struck by a construction truck as she tried to cross the highway near State Road.
