"This concept in this location just didn't work," Symon tells Channel 3. "The writing has been on the wall for awhile here and we hung on as long as we could. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the concept doesn't work here."
Symon says he is opening a B-Spot Burgers in Strongsville in January and will place as many of his employees from here to there as he can.
"We love the West Side and tried to make it work here," Symon added.
Symon has five restaurants -- Lola Bistro and Lolita in Cleveland, the B-Spot Burgers in Woodmere, Roast in Detroit, and Bar Symon.
"For the first time in my life, I've had to close a restaurant," he said.
