A potent storm system is moving our way, but it looks as though the best chances for severe weather are east of our area.

That said, we still need to keep an eye on the situation.

We will be considerably cooler for the next several days.  Rain showers will linger for Thursday and maybe even into Friday, before we dry out for a cool holiday weekend.

Tonight:  Periodic rain and thunder.  Windy.  Low/mid 60s

Thursday: Mostly cloudy and cooler. Rain and storm chances early, then scattered showers linger into the afternoon.  Upper 60s, falling into the 50s late day

Friday: Early shower chances, then partly sunny to partly cloudy.  Near 60

Saturday: Mostly sunny.  Low 60s north/ Mid 60s south

Sunday: Mostly sunny.  Mid/upper 60s

Monday - Memorial Day:  Partly cloudy.  Near 70

Tuesday:  Partly cloudy.  Mid 70s

Wednesday:  Partly cloudy, isolated storm chance.  Upper 70s/low 80s
