CLEVELAND -- The American Red Cross is offering people the chance to learn the proper way to administer CPR, as well as recieve first aid training.
Red Cross chapters across the country will hold classes at more than 100 locations across the country on March 19, to honor Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and all those involved in the Tucson tragedy.
