CLEVELAND -- A growing Hispanic population in the United States means that health issues in that community are being thrust to the forefront.
A new book series aims to address the topics like heart health and diabetes for the Hispanic community.
The series, "Buena Salud" (Spanish for "good health"), talks about these issues through real-life stories and cutting-edge medical advances for specific diseases.
"Buena Salud" is the first book series ever developed specifically for the health experiences of the Hispanic community.
Author Dr. Jane L. Delgado, President and CEO of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, features facts, and information in a Q&A format and includes key questions to ask doctors.
