CLEVELAND -- Just after 2 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the McDonald's at E. 105th Street and St. Clair Avenue for reports of several people being run over by a car.

There was a large crowd there for the national restaurant chain's "Hiring Day."

Witnesses and police tell a Channel 3 News crew that two girls started fighting with other girls in the parking lot. Then the McDonald's owner and the manager came out to break it up.

Witnesses said one girl and her friend got into her silver Infiniti while the fight continued.

Witnesses then said the girl in the silver Infiniti started it up and then backed up, running over the McDonald's owner and the manager and two other people.

Police say that the Infiniti then drove off from the restaurant. EMS took the manager, the owner and another adult and a 17-year-old girl to MetroHealth Medical Center, according to police.

Fifth District officers searched the area for the Inifiniti and found it at E. 107th Street and St. Clair Avenue.

As the officers approached, the driver jumped out of the car and ran off. Police arrested the passenger, Natasha Grayer, 22, of Cleveland.
