CLEVELAND -- Five Star Sensation is a culinary event to benefit University Hosptials Seidman Cancer center.
Thirty-five chefs from all over the nation will be preparing dishes and serving wine from premiere wineries from around the world this weekend.
On Friday, Chef Stanton Ho from Chocolates a la carte in Valencia, California stopped by to prepare Hawaiian Dark Chocolate Truffles and told us more about this weekend's event.

Chef to the Stars, Wolfgang Puck will also cook for the Five Star Sensation event and will be live on air for Channel 3 News Today on Saturday.
Funds raised from this celebration of food supports clinical research as well as community cancer screenings and public education programs.
The Five Star Sensation event is being held on Saturday, June 25th at 7 PM at the Tri-C Eastern Campus.
