Do you use a generic drug? Then the latest Supreme Court ruling impacts you. The court ruled that generic drug companies don't have to update their warning labels unless their brand name counterparts do, even if there are new health risks associated with a drug.

That's because federal law requires generic drugs to have the same label as the brand name drug. So only a brand name manufacturer can be sued for not having up to date warning labels, not a generic company

When should childhood obesity prevention begin? A new report finds 1 in 5 kids are overweight before they even reach kindergarten. So researchers say, childhood obesity prevention needs to start right after birth.

Some of their recommendations include: More physical activity, playing outdoors, or on a playground; Limit just sitting around to 30 minutes at a time; Limit screen time, from TV to cell phones; Encourage breastfeeding and diets rich in fruits, vegetables, and low or non-fat dairy.

And make sure kids are getting enough sleep.

You may want to stand up for this next story. A new study says sitting too much will shorten your life. The study found women who sit for more than 6 hours a day were about 40-percent more likely to die, than those who sat for less than 3 hours a day.

Men were about 20 percent more likely to die. Experts suggests getting up and moving around every once in a while to use different muscles.
