BEREA -- The Browns continue to prepare for Saturday's first preseason game against the Packers.

The offense worked on its new west system where just about everyone gets to touch the ball. One of the highlights of the morning practice was Quarterback Colt McCoy completing a deep pass to wide receiver Greg Little who beat Usama Young on coverage.

Offensive lineman Dominic Alford was carted off the field after one-on-one drills. Alford attended Shaker Heights high school.

Defensive lineman Jayme Mitchell, wide receiver Mohamed Massaqoui and running back Montario Hardesty did not practice.

The Browns will practice tomorrow at 8:45 a.m. in Berea. The session is free and open to the public.
