    • CLEVELAND -- Ingenuityfest returns to Cleveland for its 7th year showcasing a wide range of music, theatre, dance, educational and artistic installations. 

    The festival will take place at the end of the Superior Viaduct by the Detroit-Superior Bridge.

    Ingenuityfest runs Saturday from 12 p.m. - 1 a.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
