CLEVELAND -- Police are searching for a blue 2002 Toyota Echo that witnesses saw leaving the scene of a shooting that has left two young men dead.
Police responded to the scene around 2 p.m.
Police say that, after some investigation, they found out that the blue Toyota Echo, license plate ESB7884, was driven by one of the victims and is now missing.
The investigation started at 12613 Dove Ave. where the bodies of the men, believed to be in their late teens or early 20's, were recovered.
The bodies were inside the house, one on the first floor and the other in the basement. The victims were shot multiple times.
The bodies were discovered by a family members of one of the victims. Family members told police that they received a information that their relative was dead in that house.
The victims are not residents at the house. Police believe the house was abandoned.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office was also on the scene to assist with the investigation. An official cause of death is to be released at a later time.
Police are scouring the area for evidence but haven't been able to recover anything leading to suspects. They say there was no weapon found at the scene.
There are no suspects at this time, as it is too early in the investigation.
The victims have been identified as Cedric Tate, 20, and Trevon Brown, 19, both of Cleveland.
