CLEVELAND -- Police are investigating how three people were hit by a car just before 3 a.m. on Saturday.
Police say, April Davis, 23, Brandi Tant, also 23, and Salahuddin Moore, 31, were walking in the road on West Superior and West Roadway when they were hit.
Davis was dragged by a 2003 Hyundai Elantra and found underneath the car when police arrived.
All three victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center. Tant and Moore have been treated and released.
Davis remains in serious condition.
