Former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora, now a convicted felon, was led from court Friday afternoon in handcuffs. It was not long ago that his former friend and corruption cohort Frank Russo strolled in and out of the same courtroom as he testified against Dimora.
The two best friends who rose to power in county government in the November 1998 election as a duo left the same Akron federal courtroom in very different ways.
