AMHERST -- Amherst police are investigating after two threats were found written on bathroom walls at Amherst Steele High School.
On March 6, the school principal contacted police after a student told administrators she noticed a threat written in a stall. The threat read: "SHARDON WAS A WARNING." It's not known when the message was written.
Then on March 14, police received another report, this time of a hit list written on another stall wall. The list contained only one name, that of a school employee.
Both incidents are under active investigation.
