Cleveland: Suspect in custody following officer-involved shooting

CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Police say one man is in custody after allegedly opening fire on officers.

Police were called to Tuscora Ave. after getting a call for a domestic dispute.

When officers arrived on the scene, the suspect allegedly fired three times, but missed. He then fled on foot, and officers chased him.

During the chase, the suspect put his hand on his waistband, and an officer fired two shots. The shots missed, and nobody was injured.

The suspect was taken into custody, and will be charged with felonious assault and felonious assault on a police officer.
