CLEVELAND -- U.S. Marshals have arrested a Cleveland fugitive in Fort Walton, Florida.
Members of the Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force took Javonte Hodges, 22, into custody at a house in Fort Walton just after 5 p.m. on April 18.
Hodges had been wanted by the Cleveland Police in connection with a homicide on West 98th Street on March 14. The victim, Christopher Johnson, 29, died from a gunshot wound to the neck.
Hodges is in the Okaloosa County Jail awaiting extradition back to Ohio.
