The bridge targeted in a foiled bomb plot is on heavily used State Route 82.
Hundreds use the Brecksville-Northfield High Level Bridge every day. Many were stunned to learn Tuesday morning that a group of self-proclaimed anarchists were attempting to bring down the bridge with a bomb.

Five men were arrested by the FBI's Join Terrorism Task Force on April 30 after placing what they thought were bombs on one of the bridge's concrete pillars and attempted to detonate the devices. The bombs were inoperable and had been purchased from an undercover FBI agent.
Drivers who spoke to WKYC say they simply couldn't believe such events were unfolding in their own backyard.
"I always think they target largely populated areas like big cities. I'm very surprised it would be here," says Autumn Onder who was walking underneath the bridge with her young kids.
