SHAKER HEIGHTS -- Police on Thursday say there is no update on the strangulation death of a Shaker Heights woman.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner says Sharon Anderson-Norfus, 60, found dead in her apartment Saturday (May 5), was strangled.
Anderson-Norfus worked at Saks Fifth Avenue at Beachwood Place.
The autopsy results were released Wednesday mid-morning.
Anderson-Norfus was found in her condominium on the third floor of the Oliver House on Warrensville Center Road.
Police say they went to her condominium Saturday afternoon after receiving a call from coworkers who had gone to the condo to check on her when she did not show up for work.
Shaker Heights police have not said if they have any specific suspects but actively continue their investigation.
