CLEVELAND -- A man who fled Puerto Rico for Cleveland has been named Fugitive of the Week.
Jose Santiago was charged with murder in Puerto Rico in January, 2011, after a man there was shot to death during an argument. Santiago fled Puerto Rico and headed for Cleveland according to U.S. Marshals.

Since he came to Cleveland, Santiago has been jumping from house to house in the area, staying with varous family members. His last known address locally was in the 3300 block of West 97th Street.
Santiago, 22, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs 132 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes and is believed to still be in the Cleveland area.
The United States Marshal is offering a reward for the information which leads to the capture of Jose Santiago. Tips can be called into the Fugitive Hotline at 1-866-4-WANTED, or can be texted to 847411 (tip411) with the keyword WANTED.
