CLEVELAND -- Mid-afternoon Saturday, police were called to Cuyahoga Concrete at 2100 Central Furnace Court for a report of a man inside a cement pouring truck.
The Cleveland Fire department was already on the scene when police arrived, the report states.
EMS took him to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 4:17 p.m.
The report also states that a person who witnessed the incident told police that the Garfield Heights man, 43, had "something around or against his neck when he was found inside the cement pouring truck."
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office will rule on the cause of death.
There has been no determination if this incident was an accident or not.
