When it comes to the fight against cancer, prevention and early detection are the best weapons.
Medworks is helping in that fight by offering two days of free cancer screenings.
Screenings will be held June 2 and 3.
MedWorks will offer a Free Cancer Screening Clinic at The Free Clinic of Greater Cleveland on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3.
Appointments are necessary. You can contact the MedWorks office at 216-231-5350 for more information.
On Thursday (May 24), Channel 3 will host a phone bank where volunteers will take your calls to set up appointment times.
The phone bank times are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and then again from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Please do not try to call in advance as the phones will not be in operation until the designated times on Thursday.
