MEDINA --Several hundred lined up outside of Cornerstone Chapel in Media to remember 17-year-old Kevin Fox. 

Brunswick Schools superintendent Michael Mayell spoke on behalf of the Fox family.  "He was loved by his peers and today we're having a very dignified respectful tribute to his life," Mayell said.

Classmates of Kevin did their own speaking through messages written across their cars. 

Those messages read "from devils, to angels," "in my heart forever," and "rest in peace." 

Many of the several hundred who waited were wearing shades of blue and white. Some even wore the memorial T-shirts that were a part of a fundraising effort for the family.  But the support they gave was more than monetary.

Friends say Kevin was the kind of guy who always aimed to help others, in his life and even after in death.   At Kevin's request, his organs were donated. 

"He wanted to help people.  What greater gift than what he's done," Mayell said.  His memory will live on in the people who knew him, and people he'd never met but thought enough about to help.
