CLEVELAND -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has ruled the February dragging death of a 16-year-old girl an accident.

According to the medical examiner, the victim, Rosaura Lee Oquendo-Hernandez, died as the result of blunt impact injuries to her head, body and limbs with skeletal, visceral, vascular and soft tissues.

According to witnesses at the scene, the teen argued with her boyfriend and got out of his SUV but her sweater was caught in the door. The girl was dragged down the street as the boyfriend drove away on West 81st Street.

Rosaura fell to the pavement and died at Metro.

Police talked to the teenage boyfriend as part of the investigation.
