OAKWOOD -- An elderly man suffering from dementia who went missing from Oakwood early Thursday morning has been found safe.
Oakwood Village Police Department released a missing person report for Zoltan Farago, 62, after he walked away from his nursing home in Oakwood around 3:40 this morning.
Farago suffers from dementia and, although he is fluent in Hungarian, speaks only broken English.
He was found by the Brooklyn Heights Police Department this afternoon, and after being cleared by paramedics, was returned to his residence at Oakpark Nursing Home in Oakwood.
