AKRON -- Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh said that a jury found Gevonte Hunter, 19, of Akron, and Alan Lollis, 19, also of Akron, guilty of murder, aggravated murder with a firearm specification and two counts of aggravated robbery with firearm specifications.
Early in the evening of July 19, 2011, Hunter and Salim Suleiman met at Kelly's Drive-Thru on Copley Road in Akron.
Lollis, who was familiar with Suleiman, had set up the meeting.
Hunter robbed Suleiman and then shot him in the chest, killing him.
Judge Tammy O'Brien will sentence Hunter and Lollis on July 12 at 2:30 p.m.
