BAINBRIDGE -- Employees of Marous Brothers Construction washed Kenston's 750 kw Aeronautica wind turbine nacelle before it was installed atop a 65-meter tower in the center of the school district's campus.
The turbine is expected to generate $160,000 annually in savings for the district.
The next phase of construction should occur before the start of school with the installation of three, 54-meter blades.
Six years ago, Kenston served as the site for a year-long wind study with Green Energy Ohio.
