OMAHA -- The Kent State Golden Flashes will now face the South Carolina Gamecocks at noon Thursday for the chance to stay alive in the College World Series.
Heavy rains in Omaha forced the CWS game to be postponed until Thursday.
The Gamecocks have won back-to-back national championships.
